Matching
Existing Memorials Several times each year, we have customers ask
us if we can match an existing memorial with a new one.
This often happens when another member of the family passes
away and they want the memorials to look the same. Sometimes,
it is even a stipulation in the deceased person's will.
Matching an older memorial can be a challenge, particularly
if the existing memorial is quite old, made of marble
or other type of stone or uses a special letter style
which is no longer in use. In most cases, we can match
an existing memorial. This may require some additional
work such as taking a rubbing and then hand-cutting the
stencil used for sandblasting.
The examples below show some of the memorials that we
have matched. If you need a memorial matched, take a picture
of the old one and bring it in or send it to us and we
will be happy to discuss how we can handle the project.
